Company Commercial Solicitor

Our client is a well-established full service and highly regarded law firm. They service both business and private client areas of law with 5 branches through the South East region. They are currently recruiting a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their Oxford office.

The work the Commercial department conduct will include:
* Advising start-up businesses and forming companies
* Partnership & Limited Liability Partnerships
* Buying and Selling Businesses, mergers & acquisitions
* Negotiating and preparing Contracts, Terms of Business & Licensing
* Drafting & preparing Shareholder Agreements
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, re-organisations and restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, LLP, and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.

The opportunity requires someone who will excel at managing, sustaining, and developing client and other business relationship. You will be confident enough to work independently but also as part of a team. You would be expected to demonstrate a commercial approach, and have an entrepreneurial flare.
