Job Details
This well respected department is renowned for advising many London based investment funds, national and international investment companies, including property finance and corporate occupier clients.
The role will include:
- Advising on short term land acquisitions, land investment and joint ventures
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property portfolio management
- Property finance matters.
The department act on predominantly high value transactions on several client portfolios that are valued in the millions.
The team also works closely with the firm's construction, planning and real estate litigation teams to provide a truly full service to clients. This is a real opportunity to work at one of the most prestigious firms in Thames Valley offering interesting and high quality work.
