Job Details
This department is very established, the reason for this vacancy is to take over from a retiring consultant, therefore the role would ideally suit a mid-career property development solicitor with experience of working for developers who is looking for an opportunity to join a firm with clear career prospects to Partnership.
The work will be acting for both the developers and buyers, dealing with the entire development life cycle including site acquisition, development, option agreements and onward sales.
