JOB TITLE: Corporate Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Oxfordshire

THE ROLE:
This leading practice is seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to join their company/commercial
department. The team handles a variety of work including but not limited to commercial contracts, agreements, company and partnership, transactional, M&A, SME, joint venture and financing, restructures and start-ups.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Company Commercial Solicitor will be able to demonstrate experience of a mix of general company and commercial work and be qualified with around 3-5 + years’ PQE. You should be comfortable undertaking some business development as required and possess a commercial and creative mindset.

THE FIRM:
This private practice is well respected regionally and has a friendly, flexible approach. Ideally, they are looking to attract an ambitious Solicitor from a large regional or London firm who wishes to
join a progressive, forward thinking company; situated in a part of the country offering a good
