Job Details
A highly regarded law firm with offices across Merseyside are looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal to expand their successful Property department at their office based near Prescot.
This Conveyancing Paralegal consists of assisting busy Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earners with their caseloads, whilst using a Case Management system, Laser forms and the Land Registry Portal. To be successful in this role you must have at least 2yrs experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, strong administrative skills from office experience and experience working on Post completion matters, including SDLT, AP1'S and registrations.
This firm take pride in their company training and are always keen to assist staff with progression and additional training courses.
The salary on offer for this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role is dependent upon previous experience within property ranging between £18k-£22k.
