Our client is looking to enhance their growing Corporate Department with a corporate transactional solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
Their thriving Corporate team are involved in a diverse mix of corporate advisory and transactional work for corporate clients and individual business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals. Your role will see you engaged in matters spanning all aspects of the corporate life cycle from advising inception on commercial agreements, traditional/alternative funding requirements and shareholders’ agreements and then on to any interim requirements for corporate re/structuring, lending and security, joint venture arrangements and in particular merger and acquisition transactions. They also specialise in providing a full range of advice to business owners and directors across many aspects of their business and personal life cycles and this offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity be involved in cross-departmental advice for clients.
You will be given responsibility from the outset and the opportunity to develop within the team through coaching from the other members of the team and through great access to training internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to develop your own client and professional referrer network and you will work with their exceptional Business Development team who will assist you in compiling your own personal business development plan. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
