TSR Legal are working with a highly regarded business in Bristol who seek to appoint a Conveyancing Legal Director / Head of conveyancing to oversee and grow the legal conveyancing side of their business.

The group is multi award winning and has an outstanding reputation across the country for its work in several areas.

You will be technically excellent and must be able to demonstrate 7 plus years’ experience heading a department covering the full spectrum of residential property work. As Head of Conveyancing you will ensure smooth running of all conveyancing service, assist with the continued growth of the business and play a key role in business development.

Experience / About you

• Required
  • At least 7 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Supervisory / team management experience
  • Sound technical knowledge of all relevant aspects of residential conveyancing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong affinity for digital technology
  • Forward thinking entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excited to be part of a fast-paced start-up
  • Prior experience developing structure and systems
• Beneficial
  • Prior experience growing a department
  • Similar experience in a head of role
  • Existing industry relationships

  • Small caseload of residential property matters
  • Coaching and mentoring
