Company Commercial Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm in Oxfordshire.
The firm are forward thinking, dynamic and progressive with a respectable commercial offering and work with start-ups to owner managed businesses and PLCs. They operate a modern working environment with multiple offices and are happy for an individual to be based out of any of their offices in the region. Individuals are invited to apply to discuss the office locations and suitability in more detail.
You can expect a mix of company and commercial work to include, but not limited to, transactional projects, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, Joint Ventures, finances, start-ups, SMEs, partnerships, shareholder agreements, restructures and supply/distribution agreements.

In order to be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor with a commercial and creative mind-set, who is confident managing and developing client relationships.
