Job Details
A great role with a modern, forward thinking law firm for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join one of the firm's offices in Wiltshire or Hampshire.
The firm are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to join their busy civil and commercial dispute resolution team. You will be a confident, well-presented, friendly and approachable solicitor, or experienced legal executive, with excellent communication skills.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx ideally with 2 years’ + PQE in dispute resolution. The caseload will be varied, though the firm has built a niche in property disputes, often acting for investors and developers nationwide. You will ideally have experience in this area, or an interest to develop expertise in this area. Experience of Employment law would also be of interest.
The department is headed by a highly respected Senior lawyer and the team consists currently of 3 litigation lawyers, 2 paralegals and shared secretary/administrators.
The position is ideally full time and office based, but the firm do offer flexibility and some home working and reduced hours could be considered for the right candidate.
