The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be managing a varied litigation caseload including sale and carriage of goods, provision of services, commercial agency, guarantees, consumer credit, franchising, distribution and finance agreements, and enforcement of any judgement. Also property litigation including landlord and tenant, possession proceedings, disputes relating to boundaries and easements. The successful candidate will be 3-5 years' PQE and be able to work with minimal supervision. They will also have experience and enthusiasm in business development will pride themselves in delivering a first-class client experience.

Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client's initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
Taking instructions from clients and advising accordingly.
Obtaining and preparing file documentation.
Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
Delegated supervisory responsibilities as and when required
