This Legal 500 recognised Property Litigation specialist law firm have an exciting NQ opportunity for an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Property Litigation NQ Solicitor.

As an NQ Solicitor joining this team, you will deal with a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters to include: ground rent arrears, lease extensions, breaches of covenant, enfranchisement, commercial property litigation and much more!
 
Coming into this friendly and sociable Property Litigation specialist team, you'll be fully supported by very experienced and Senior Property Litigation specialists who will be working with you to ensure that cases are handled to the highest standard and to provide ongoing support as needed.

Ideally you'll posses previous Property Litigation experience gained as part of your training or prior to training, however if you are a technically strong litigator who has commercial awareness and a sound understanding of the legal process surrounding commercial law then you're actively encouraged to apply.
