Douglas Scott is currently recrutiing for an exciting opportunity for a namely firm, looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, to join their Commercial Property Team in Hertford, with flexibility to work from home.
Our client is looking for an ambitious solicitor ideally with the experience ranging from 1-3 years PQE, although newly qualified, with relevant pre-qualifications experience will be considered.
In this role you will:
- Handle with a full range of Landlord and Tenant work
- Property acquisitions and sales for company clients
- Development work from site acquisitions involving conditional contract options and overage
- Property support on Company Commercial matters
- Appropriate support from senior solicitors in the team
- Finance through to preparation for disposition.
To be successful for this role, you will be technically able and commercially minded, you will an organised individual who is an affective problem solver, you will be experienced with both commercial clients and professionals and to the private client selling part for development. You must be willing to support / actively promote and develop yourself, the team and the firm.
