Corporate Lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Silver circle firm whose corporate team requires a corporate M&A lawyer to joint hem asap on a 3 month + basis starting asap.

You will have demonstrable corporate experience to include convertible notes and be heavily involved in supporting the corporate team on Uk and cross border transactions. You will join leading practitioners in the field and assist with a number of corporate projects.
