Job Details
Great opportunity with long term prospects for an ambitious lawyer with a background in Commercial Property.
You will work closely with a Senior Solicitor on a broad caseload to include:
Option/Development Agreements
Commercial Agreements
Section 106 Planning Agreements
General Planning Advice
Commercial Property Leases
Commercial Property Sales and Purchases
Commercial Property Funding
High value residential sales and purchases
You will be able to demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness along with a consistent billing record to date.
