Job Details

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Solicitor to join our Family Law team in Manchester.

The Solicitor could be involved in handling a variety of all types of family law work including financial provision upon divorce and residence and contact disputes. Due to the nature of the cases, regular appearances in court could be required.

We are keen to attract candidates that are Solicitors or Associates looking to progress their careers within a highly regarded Family Law team.

We are looking for a candidate with care, passion and commitment who has excellent written and oral communication skills. High level client care skills are vital alongside experience in financial provision upon divorce and child law, international child relocation, cross border disputes and cohabitation claims. An alternative dispute qualification would be beneficial but not essential. We are ideally seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate that is currently managing a complex caseload of privately funded matters.

In return, we offer a nurturing and collaborative environment alongside a competitive salary. Our company benefits include 25 days holiday allowance, the option to purchase further holidays, an additional day off for your birthday, pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance and income protection. We also offer a number of discounts to use for gym membership, car leasing, mobile phones and insurance products. We have a flexible and agile approach, and  this role will offer a mix of remote and office based  working.
