NQ Solicitor – Casualty

We are currently looking to attract a newly qualified solicitor to join our casualty team in our Manchester office.

The role will be focussed around  handling fast track and multi-track claims arising from EL/PL claims. It will involve duties such as obtaining witness statements, drafting pleadings, attending court, instructing experts and resolving issues, as well as provide an exceptional level of service to our clients.

A similar background in a defendant law firm would be ideal, with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communication information logically is key – together with proficient IT skills. Previous experience within personal injury claims would be ideal however we are keen to also consider candidates that have a good background in assisting on cases and who are keen to build up to handling their own caseload.
