Are you actively seeking a new Family Legal Secretary opportunity?
The Role:
My client is a multi disciplined, friendly firm based in Sale, who provide a range of legal services including Family and Property and private client are now looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their family department, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a reputable company with excellent training and progression opportunities.
General duties will include audio and copy typing of all correspondence and Court documents, diary management, taking telephone calls from clients and other professionals, filing, photocopying and scanning of documents, liaise with clients, barrister's, public authorities and to arrange appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have some experience of working in a Family Legal Secretary role in order to hit the ground running. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a good level of IT proficiency. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and strong analytic skills.
Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience.
