Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client solicitor to join a thriving Cheltenham firms as part of their growing team.
This firm boast strong roots in Cheltenham and their established Private Client department work closely with a variety of High Net Worth Clients, including multi-millionaires, due to the affluent area. Due to an influx of new work and continued referrals, the team have real scope to grow rapidly and are no searching for an experienced Private Client solicitor to take on a full caseload of varied work.
There is huge potential for flexibility in this role, the firm are happy to meet with candidates looking for straight fee earning, but there is also scope for a managerial element. This high net worth work will include wills, estates, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and some trusts work.
To be ideal for this position, you'll have a minimum of 5 years of experience running your own caseload of Private Client matters and preferably hold A STEP qualification, although this is non-essential.
The firm have embraced flexible working throughout the pandemic and are adopting a hybrid of homeworking and office working going into the future.
