Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a thriving, full service firm in the centre of Cheltenham.
This firm boast strong roots in Cheltenham and their growing Corporate Commercial team provide key legal advice to a range of clients in the area including FTSE100 companies. The department have found themselves busier than ever and are looking to expand the team with an experienced Corporate solicitor who can hit the ground running on an established caseload of work.
This role would best suit a Corporate Solicitor with three or more years of experience post qualification with key experience in Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions. You'll gain hands on experience providing key services to a quality client base across a full range of sectors.
The firm are looking broadly at experience levels for this role and are happy to consider a Corporate Solicitor with between three and ten years of experience to join the team.
The firm have embraced flexible working throughout the pandemic and are adopting a hybrid of homeworking and office working going into the future.
