We are currently working with a leading national law firm and its strong top tier Corporate team which is looking to hire at Senior Associate level.
The team that currently consists of three partners and several junior lawyers ranging in PQE has had a buoyant couple of years and it is now looking to bring a lawyer at Senior Associate level to bridge the gap between Partner and Associate level.
Of particular interest will be those who have gained valuable experience within a similar sized law firm who have possibly reached a glass ceiling in relation to career development.
Those with an interest in Private Equity work will be of specific interest.
The firm is friendly, supportive and professional. The team is highly regarded surrounded by leading individuals within the Birmingham Corporate sphere.
This is a mixed role covering M&A, PE, JV and fund work, that will most certainly enhance the skillset of any Corporate lawyer of this level.
- UK qualified lawyer
- Offering 7+ PQE although those with less but offering strong technical ability will also be considered
- Training and previous experience from a National law firm, with a focus mainly on domestic clients would be advantageous
- Comfortable undertaking business development
- Works autonomously
- Able to delegate work as and when might be necessary
