I am working with a reputable legal 500 firm in their searches for a family law solicitor to join the team.
The successful family law solicitor will be NQ 5 years PQE, who is familiar with all types of family work but with an interest in both private and publicly funded divorce and financial work. You will have experience in legal aid, in particular financial work. Also experience of children work and an interest to do your own advocacy is advantageous.
At present the department are working remotely and it is anticipated that the flexibility of homeworking will continue to be available.
