Real estate Lawyer
Flex Legal are an online platform connecting law firms and in-house counsel to lawyers for a flexible, on demand service.
We have 2 exciting interim roles for Commercial Property Lawyers to join our private practice and in-house client on an interim or flexible basis for 3-6 months.
The roles include:
- Commercial lease negotiation
- Dealing with real estate due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/reports of title and summary report
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents, including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements, agreements for lease and leases
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating security documentation and ancillary property documentation on real estate transactions
... and many more.
You will be or have:
- 3PQE+ England & Wales qualified.
- Real Estate experience
- Either a commercial lease negotiation or asset finance background
The roles will be fully remote for the duration of the contract (some have occasional office travel).
