Job Details
This commercially focused very established law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation associate, 3 years + PQE, to join its top ranked team providing an excellent dispute resolution service embracing litigation, arbitration and mediation.
The firm pride itself on providing first class, proactive, legal advice with an in-depth commercial understanding of the relevant business sector and seek a litigation associate with the same approach. You will be encouraged to get involved with all the day to day management of the client matters, liaise with clients and develop you own cases.
The ideal candidate will have worked with a respected litigation practice in Central London and be keen to develop your career with this forward thinking firm offering excellent long term prospects.
Ideally you will have had experience in some of the following areas of litigation:-
Arbitration
Commercial Disputes
Gaming/Cryptocurrency Disputes
Injunctions
Judicial Review
Professional Negligence
Regulatory Disputes and Investigations
Shareholder Disputes
Technology and IT Disputes
