Our client offers a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your hours to suit your personal circumstances. In this role, you'll manage your own caseload end-to-end, and focus on the needs of your clients. You'll take responsibility for a varied caseload of estate administration cases from start to finish, using a case management system. You will have the ability to build rapport with your clients, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience of dealing with taxable estates would be a bonus, as would a proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlines in a busy environment. You should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with great team-working skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of colleagues.
What you'll get in return
