CRIME DUTY SOLICITOR & LAA CRIME CATEGORY SUPERVISOR REQUIRED.

Permanent Full-Time Position

£45,000 per annum plus Bonus Scheme

Solihull, West Midlands

Vienna Kang Advocates, a niche firm specialising in the defence of serious crime is seeking to further develop its specialist team of lawyers by the addition of a Crime Duty Solicitor with LAA Crime Category Supervisor status.

The successful candidate shall be expected to manage a heavy caseload of very serious offences and proactively lead and manage a team of highly dedicated lawyers.

The most suitable candidate should ideally have a minimum of 10 years + PQE and must have experience of working in a similar role. They must be able to work with minimum supervision themselves, use their own initiative and be self-disciplined.  The successful candidate must be a robust individual with a proven track record of excellent management and leadership skills.
