JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Teesside

THE ROLE:
Joining a busy team based on Teesside, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of property transactions, mainly residential but with the opportunity to handle some commercial matters if that was of interest. The team has expanded gradually over the last few years due to an increased demand for its services, providing career opportunities internally for the ambitious Solicitor.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Residential Property and it is expected you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. Any previous background in managing a team would be a distinct advantage.

THE FIRM:
This is a long-established law firm with offices across Teesside / Cleveland with strong relationships with the private client and commercial sectors in the area. Recent investments in technology ensure that its fee earners can focus on the quality of their service delivery without compromise and enables a flexible approach to work when required.
