The role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to join a growing team of specialists based in Guildford, Surrey.

In this role you will be working directly alongside the senior fee-earners of the department dealing with a varied litigation caseload. The type of work this department manages includes:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Insolvency matters
• Property (including Construction)

This company focusses solely on business related litigation matters.

You will be well supported with state-of-the-art infrastructure, which includes case management and administration support.

Requirements

• You will be a litigation lawyer and you will be 2+ years PQE.
• You will be driven, have an eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a wider team.
