The Role

This is a fantastic position for a Funds Senior Associate/Counsel to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office.

The Firm's fund and asset management practice acts for a broad range of asset managers in the UK and globally on a full range of transactional matters. In particular there is great strength with the fund formation practice which encompasses listed companies, private fund structures and more complex regulated funds.

This is a very fast-growing practice and the group work's closely with the PE, Real Estate, infrastructure and energy investment team giving the practice a well rounded and extremely strong practice.

You will be:

• Involved in cutting edge fund formation transactions involving establishing all types of funds (listed & unlisted) and asset management and corporate work
• Working on international components with an emphasis on private funds
• Advising major leading, domestic and international, fund management houses and FI and corporate sponsors.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4+ PQE (candidates can be considered with less experience, but for a more junior position)
• You will have worked within a respectable funds private practice or in-house team
• Ability to work on complex funds matters as well as having a strong understanding within this space
