This is a full time, permanent role based in the Town Hall with the ability to work remotely for most of the week.

Key Responsibilities
You will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with family law work or childcare proceedings, preferably within a local authority. You will have excellent drafting skills and an eye for detail and you may also have experience of undertaking advocacy in relation to your cases. You will be able to conduct your caseload without supervision and will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team. 

Requirements
You must be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX and hold a practising certificate.
