The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office.

The department are regularly instructed on the largest commercial and corporate disputes. The Litigation department is well respected in the UK and Globally and its mass experience means that they can take on any commercial dispute.

Recognised in numerous awards for winning litigation teams of the year across numerous contentious areas, you will be part of a highly ranked Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team.

You will be working on complex Corporate and Commercial which include Contractual disputes, claims arising through M&A, professional negligence, financial services, public & product liability, novel tortious, property and construction, insurance, IP and Patent disputes, trust and pension claims. Experience in all these areas isn't essential but as broad experience within litigation is desired.

There will be a good balance of matters, with the flexibility to work on a mixed caseload of matters according to the associate's preference.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 5+ PQE
  • You will be currently working within a City or International practice.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Worked in a respectable Restructuring & Insolvency group
  • Actively engage in networking and development opportunities
