Lexcel accredited firm in Lincolnshire seeks a Legal Cashier on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilful Legal Cashier to join our client’s multi-accredited practice based in the Spalding area. The successful cashier will undertake a broad range of general accounts duties, whilst ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules at all times.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- All write offs
- Dealing with petty cash
- Purchase ledgers
- Posting of bills, credit notes and all transfers
- Online payments
- Card payments
- All cheque payments/dealing with out of date cheques
- All BACS receipts
- Checking completion statements
- General cashiering duties
- Legal cashiers with at least one year’s experience
- IT proficient
- Attention to detail will be a key attribute
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
