REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR 3PQE+ YORK/HULL

Our client is a leading full-service commercial firm which is located in central Hull and York, but has a national reputation for the work it undertakes, the firms clients including plcs's and large regional businesses, and institutional clients.

They are looking to recruit at Solicitor level (ideally 3yrPQE+) into their Real Estate department. Given the breadth of work they undertake they are hoping to appoint someone who has a mixed skills base which will ideally include commercial development, acquisitions and disposals, and management of property portfolios. They can skew the work allocation according to your own technical strengths, but your experience does need to be of good quality as the demand for extra resource is being lead by their biggest clients. Based in modern offices in central Hull and/or York, you'll be part of a busy and well resourced firm which enjoys plenty of profile and is nationally rated.

The firm is not setting an upper limit to the PQE as more senior candidates will be considered on the merits of their own business case and 'added value' beyond simply the skills they have. They are looking for a quality team player, someone with solid client skills, and who will be keen to be involved in networking and business development in the region.

This firm has in the past recruited locally but also has appointed relocators from further afield who wish to settle in the Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire regions. Remuneration will be according to the level of experience of the candidate. Given the calibre of the firm then this opportunity should be attractive to local candidates and also those who would relocate to the region and feel they'd settle for the long term.
