Research Contracts Officer

LAW Absolute is working with a leading University based in London. Our client is seeking Contract Managers to join their team on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will prepare standard form agreements primary confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, amendments, data transfer agreements and liaising with relevant parties (internally and externally) in this regard.

You will also draft and negotiate primarily Material Transfer Agreements and from time-to-time other agreements on behalf of the Contracts Team. You will liaise with relevant parties (internally and externally) in this regard.

The role is fully remote.
