The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate into their Chelmsford office

This is a progressive role within a busy team that is seeing an uplift of work through referrals and successful marketing & business development campaigns. The firm will provide access to a diverse, high-quality caseload - the team currently provides technically astute advice across:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate transactional work
• Terms of sale and purchase
• Joint ventures
• and Corporate finance.

You will work in synergy with other departments therefore you must be adaptable, this approach undertaken by the firm has created a sociable culture across their offices, A commercially minded outlook and business development skills will underpin this role, as this firm is seeking to grow their practice.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 4 PQE +
• (More Junior & Senior Solicitors are encouraged to apply with further growth roles available)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge across Corporate Commercial matters
