JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Property Solicitor

SALARY:                      up to c£45,000 DOE

This well-established firm are seeking the addition of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The role has arisen due to a forthcoming retirement within the business meaning there is a busy and varied caseload of good quality work available for the successful candidate. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors who have at least 3 years prior experience of handling their own varied caseload of matters. It is essential that applicants are confident in their ability to hit the ground running with an existing caseload. Excellent attention to detail along with the ability to work under minimal supervision is vital.
