The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established L500 Ranked team.

They focus on providing the best legal advice to their clients, but without the legal jargon, meaning this firm attract some high quality/ high value work from Essex & Suffolk and have a strong reputation in London also. The volume of work regularly referred to them is a testament to their focus on client care and expanding reputation.

This position is fee earning focused initially but will develop into a more senior opportunity offering further progression. The type of work the team covers includes:

• Landlord and tenant
• Licenses to assign
• Commercial leases
• Acquisitions and disposals and Development work.

This is a long term growth position offering further training should you wish, and backing from the firm for you to develop your own referrers throughout the region.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE, with more senior positions on offer also)
