This key senior position is in our clients Tax and Trusts Team based in Cheltenham as part of the Private Client Department. Your responsibilities will include managing the preparation of the Trust accounts and Trust Tax Returns. You will deal with distributions to beneficiaries in the most tax efficient manner and develop tax planning strategies for the trusts.
You will attend and run trustees meetings, assist with the preparation of the accounts and tax returns and deal with the day to day administration of the Trusts.
You will assist and manage a team in developing the business by, increasing the number of clients, enhancing the service to all clients and by drawing additional legal work from the Trustees/beneficiaries as appropriate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to take a step up in their career in the trusts area. You will have highly developed organisational and administrative skills and will be an effective communicator. You will supervise an experienced team.
•Preferably STEP qualified
•Experience of Trust and charity work
