The Role

Property Litigation Lawyer to join leading Bristol team

With previous litigation experience, you will take ownership of a far-reaching caseload involving trespass, breach of covenant, nuisance, property damage and subsidence.

Showing interest to further your understanding of Property Litigation, you will manage files backed by Legal Expense insurance or are conducted by insurers on a subrogated basis, working on both money claims and injunctive relief.

In a team full of home-grown Associates, you'll analyse and taking ownership of complex legal issues across each court track.

Structurally, the team is balanced to ensure staff at work according to experience while having exposure to challenging matters. You will have room to breathe, find the work compelling and work in harmony with those at all levels.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.

Owing to the team's sustained growth and your invaluable position within the firm's long-term goals, you will experience sustained career progression.

The Requirements

  • Experience and qualification in Civil Litigation, within fast and multi-track claims.
  • Desirably, experience or passion for developing into Property Litigation
  • Able to work toward and keep to deadlines
  • Empathy when dealing with difficult and unique cases
