This practice powerhouse is now looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with intimate knowledge of the region; to join the corporate team and assist in developing their offering further.

This role is offered on a full-time basis but offers great incentives and schemes for flexible working as well.

What about the role?

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor into their Cambridge office

The successful applicant will ideally be familiar with the legal, political and business landscape in Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region - the Solicitor who joins them in this exciting period of growth, will be provided with unrivalled career progression.

You will deal with a varied client base ranging from smaller tech companies right up to FTSE 250 companies and will make for a much more interesting caseload. The team advises on all forms of;

• Corporate transactions
• M&A's and joint ventures
• Private equity to IPOs,
• Capital reorganisations and restructurings
• Joint ventures, together with all corporate governance.
