A firm that I am working with is looking to add a Commercial Property Associate to their team.

With a strong national presence, this firm benefits from a strong reputation across a variety of sectors which is reflected in their client base. They have connections to the international market, keeping their case load interesting and diverse. Their Nottingham office is centrally located with great transport links and parking nearby.

As a Commercial Property Associate, you will be expected to have experience in Residential Development and to undertake the following duties:

- Act for house builders, developers or housing associations
- Handle acquisitions and disposals, conditional and unconditional contracts
- Provide assistance to senior team members with high-value transactions
- Have some experience of golden brick transactions, back to back sales or infrastructure agreements
- Build strong internal relationships
