The Role

5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor to join a Bath team in Senior role

You will utilise your skills and experiences with the ownership of a buoyant caseload involving an appropriate mix of Wills, Probate, LPA and Estates & Trusts. The team supports clients in COP and contentious matters also.

Given the nature of the role, abundance of work and an expanding team, you will support junior colleague via mentoring, whilst taking ownership of more complex matters.

Your entry into the team is strategic in the sense that continued investment is planned into your development, allowing you to build an internal and external reputation that speaks for itself, whilst seeing real and sustained jumps in responsibility, title and reward.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.
The opportunity is to hand to transition into the Leadership team and to Partnership for the right candidate.#

The Requirements

• 5+ years Fee Earning experience within numerous areas of Private Client law
• Mentoring colleagues, whilst offering guru-like expertise
• Willingness progress up the ladder as encouraged by the firm
• Business Development and interpersonal skills and understanding their importance
• Keen to helps develop and leave your market on the careers of those more junior
