The Role

1+ PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join Legal 500, Top 100 national firm in Bristol.

Being led by example from a team of over 8 Partners, the team provided expertise in portfolio management, acquisitions and disposals and secured lending, whilst also being hands-on in development work.

In terms of sectors, you will be exposure to a broad range, including but not limited to telecoms, retail, banking, financial and social housing providers. Clients often have international interests and consider the firm to be go-to in terms of expertise and quality.

The team is expanding due to continued growth and attention from the market, and as you develop you technical and client management skills, you will be given real opportunity for progression, as development is structured in tune with your long-term goals.

You'll immediately be trusted to handle small to medium transactions, whilst working with more senior colleagues on larger and more complex matters.

Business development and client engagement is paramount, and you will become embedded with key players in numerous sector, as your work becomes a hallmark for quality.
