Job Details
Currently working with a leading regional firm who are looking for a Solicitor to join their well respected Residential Property team in Oxfordshire.
Your New Role
The Residential Property Solicitor will be expected to run a varied caseload of matters with minimum supervision including sales and purchases, leasehold, new builds and re-mortgages. The role will suit a conveyancer who is able to run a caseload of matters from start to finish and who is used to working with case management systems
About You
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will;
- Be able to build strong relationships to develop the Residential Property department
- Have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
- Will be able to work both independently and with other members of the Conveyancing team
