The Role:

The Real Estate Finance team is looking for an Associate to join their Legal 500 ranked team in their Liverpool office.

The REF team is internationally recognised and represents lenders and borrowers in complex structured finance transactions. The work is weighted heavily toward the lenders, and the vast majority is international in nature.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to PQE)
• You will be coming from an international or reputable national law firm
• Be a commercially astute individual with a passion for business development
• Able to work in a collaborative environment whilst taking your own initiative
