This national firm are looking to recruit two lawyers to join their Employment team in Leeds. They are looking for a NQ lawyer and someone up to 6 or 7 years pqe.
These are both recruits to deal with their growing caseload rather than replacing anyone who has moved on. The team handle the full range of work but with a leaning towards contentious matters. They act of some really well respected businesses who have been significant household names for some time, and others who are dynamic and could well be considered as such in time. Beyond the quality of the work what really stands out here is the team, they will let you work to your highest level but back this up with training and support, they are happy to encourage you and your ideas and have a really open environment where you would certainly develop into a really well rounded lawyer. You'll not be held back from the clients, or the development of new ones, they believe in including their lawyers in all aspects of the role from the early stages.
In line with their ethos of wanting to encourage the best lawyers they pay well and the benefits package is also at the top end of the market. They have been homeworking over the past year and whilst not formulated as yet there is likely to be some form of 'blended' working once they return meaning that this role may appeal even if you live slightly further away as there certainly wont be a daily commute.
