Property Litigation Lawyer

LAW Absolute are currently working with a multinational corporation in their search for a Property Lawyer to join their busy legal team on a 4 day a week basis, based in their London office (with flexibility to work from home).

This is a unique opportunity to join an in-house client where you will be responsible for answering questions on complex legal issues, undertaking legal research and updating policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong property experience, ideally with property litigation. All candidates with property experience, contentious and non-contentious are encouraged to apply. The type of work includes:

• Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act queries
• Break notices
• Forfeiture
• Landlord and tenant disputes

The role will be for an initial period of 3-6 months, on a 4 day a week basis.

The role is ideally suited for candidates who possess at least 5 years+ post qualification experience.

Please note, this role has been deemed Inside IR35.
