A Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for an exciting Preston based opportunity. Applications are invited from technically strong Commercial Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to stretch their technical skills and develop in a supportive working environment. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.


My client is an expanding and ambitious law firm that delivers a high-quality legal service. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of landlord and tenant, title investigation and reporting, estate management and acquisitions and disposals. Fee earners enjoy a great deal of autonomy whilst working in a supportive team environment.


Ideally you will be NQ - 2 years qualified and will be from a commercial property background or have completed a seat in commercial property. You will also have good academics and sound technical knowledge to be selected for this position.
