The Litigation team deals with a high-quality of work that includes servicing the needs of HNW / UHNW individuals, you will dealing with a broad case of matters including will validity issues, 1975 act claims, executor disputes, breach of trusts and much more.
This department boasts several recommended individuals in the L500 giving their associates and senior associates key figures to learn and develop from.
