DUTY SOLICITORS CRIME

We are seeking to recruit the following:-

1. One duty qualified Senior Associate Criminal Solicitor
2. One or more duty qualified Associate Criminal Solicitors

to join us at our small, but successful, busy, well established multi –disciplinary High Street practice.  Higher Rights of Audience and Supervisor status desirable but not essential.

We will want you to apply for inclusion on the duty rotas for Guildford, Aldershot and Basingstoke Courts and Woking and Aldershot Police Stations.

You will attend police station interviews, conduct Magistrates’ Court proceedings including trials (and Crown Court if appropriate) and manage your own caseload from inception to conclusion with administrative support.

The senior role offers an excellent opportunity, for the right candidate, to be involved in managing this area of our practice.  

There are excellent partnership prospects and the opportunity to train in other areas of law, if desired.
