FAMILY FEE-EARNER – CILEX OR SOLICITOR

CRYSTAL PALACE/BROMLEY OR WEST WICKHAM (DEPENDING UPON CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT)

SALARY UP TO £50,000 PLUS GENEROUS BENEFITS PACKAGE

The Role

My client are searching for an ambitious, highly motivated family lawyer who is looking to develop and ultimately lead a tight-knit family law team that is passionate about the delivery of a practical and constructive law service to its clients. The candidate will also have partnership aspirations within the successful practice as their objective.

To be ideal for the position you will have a broad knowledge of all areas of family law and have successfully managed a caseload of financial provision cases. You will be a member of Resolution and may have qualified as mediator, collaborative lawyer and/or have specialist accreditations - or intend to do so. You will need to demonstrate that you are commercially minded and have the skills to lead inspire and motivate colleagues.

The team includes experienced lawyers who specialise in;

• Financial provision
• Private children law
• Domestic violence law
• Family Mediation
• Prenuptial and Living together agreements 

The team is currently lead by a former chair of Resolution who will continue as lead until the successful candidate can assume this role having been provided with a full period of support.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE
• Member of Resolution
• Confident and experienced in managing your own caseload
• Able to oversee and lead an established team
• Commercially minded, with a focus on new business development
• Desired, but not essential – Qualified mediator, arbitrator and/or collaborative lawyer
